I’m Eoghan of Eoghan Smith Photography. I’ve been taking pictures since around 2004... well, thats when the photo archives on my computer start... and in 2012 I decided to set up my photography page on facebook as a place to display my wares.
My confidence behind the lens grew and grew over a period of time and by late 2019 I had enough people telling me that my pictures were great and I should do it full time. The seed was sown.
In early 2020 I decided to leave my fulltime job and jump feet first into the photography game. By nature, I am an introvert. I am more of a listener than a talker. That means it can take me a while to come out of my shell, which isn't great when doing events, but I'm getting better... however, if you speak to me about my passions, I could talk the hind legs off a donkey.
So thats it. this website showcases what I do. You may have noticed the distinct lack of text throughout the site. Thats because I tend to let my photos do the talking.
